Returns
DataLink Communications Accepts returns within thirty days of date of invoice.
Returned goods must have a valid RMA (return material authorisation) number. This number can be got by
Filling out our RMA Returns Request Form prior to returning the goods. Goods returned without a valid RMA number will not be
accepted.
When returning goods please insure all components are included (Cables, Software Disk, Power Adapters, and
Documentation). If possible return goods in original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Goods which
are Damaged or modified will not be accepted.
Credit will be issued when product is received and tested. Larger Orders may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
