Problem Description:
Return Procedure: For product repair, exchange or refund, the customer must Complete this form and submit it. Wait for Datalink Ltd to e-mail you your RMA (returns Materials Authorization) number when you receive your RMA number, carefully pack the product in an anti-static package and where possible, in the original packaging supplied with the product enclose a note with a brief description of the problem, a return address, phone number and email address of a technical contact. Clearly label the outside of the package with your RMA number. Return the package to: Returns Datalink Communications Ltd Cloghaun Kilchreest Loughrea Co Galway Ireland Important: Returns will not be processed unless all software CD's, manuals, cables and power supplies associated with the product are also returned. DO NOT return items unless you have been provided with an RMA number.
