We use TNT Express and Nightline to deliver our shipments, both within the Republic of Ireland, throughout Europe and the Rest of the World.

To calculate Shipping Costs, simply select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart. Once you have done this, Click View Cart and you will see Estimate Shipping & Taxes. Simply fill out the information to get a quote for the Shipping Cost. Please note that this Cost excludes VAT charged @ 23%.

Once Goods have been dispatched, delivery throughout Europe is Normally within 2-3 Working Days. Tracking Information can be provided if required.

Free Shipping
To receive free shipping on orders over €99, total must exceed €99 NOT including VAT. Free Shipping ONLY applies to orders placed and dispatched to Ireland & the United Kingdom.

Returns - Faulty Goods or Damage in Transit
In the unfortunate case of products being faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund. Goods can be returned by post. You must contact us within 7 working days from date of Delivery regarding Faulty or Damaged Goods. You must use the Returns Form on our website to return Faulty Goods or Damage in Transit.

Returns - General
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice. On receipt we will issue an exchange or refund. Unfortunately in these circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Please contact us - your statutory rights are not affected. A restocking fee of 20% shall be deducted from any refund. Custom or Special Orders Cannot be returned for a refund or replacement. You must use the Returns Form on our website before you  return Goods.
