Overview
Model EIS-EXTEND extends your copper Ethernet connections up to 1900 meters over a pair of
unused straight copper wire. (Wires must only connect to the EIS-EXTEND to work properly and
prevent damage to the EIS-EXTEND). Two EIS-EXTEND models are required for the Ethernet extension,
(one at each end of your extension points). Use stand-alone with included power supply, or use
in EIS-RACK-16 (19-inch rack mount chassis houses any combination of up to 16 EIS-EXTEND’s
and EIS media converters.)
